  1. What is your fitness goal? Lifelong athlete (I want to be fit into my 70s)
  2. How often do you engage in physical activity? 1-2 times a day
  3. What physical activity to you engage in regularly? Swimming, Biking, Running, Weightlifting, Tennis
  4. What does your healthy diet consist of? I need to eat better in general, but I try to stay away from fried foods. I like to eat a lot of fruits and drink a lot of water.
  5. What challenges do you face when it comes to getting and staying fit? (work, schedule, bad habits, wardrobe, hair and makeup etc.) My schedule is my most difficult challenge. I work full time and I am doing an MBA at night, so it’s tough to find the time to work out as much as I would like to.
