- What is your fitness goal? Lifelong athlete (I want to be fit into my 70s)
- How often do you engage in physical activity? 1-2 times a day
- What physical activity to you engage in regularly? Swimming, Biking, Running, Weightlifting, Tennis
- What does your healthy diet consist of? I need to eat better in general, but I try to stay away from fried foods. I like to eat a lot of fruits and drink a lot of water.
- What challenges do you face when it comes to getting and staying fit? (work, schedule, bad habits, wardrobe, hair and makeup etc.) My schedule is my most difficult challenge. I work full time and I am doing an MBA at night, so it’s tough to find the time to work out as much as I would like to.
