- What is your fitness goal? I want to be healthy enough to play/run with my son for sixty (60) minutes witout getting short winded, regardless of his age. Also, I want to continue looking at least five (5) years younger than what I actually am.
- How often do you engage in physical activity? 2-3 days a week (1 hour)…bootcamp class!
- What does your “Healthy’ diet consist of? Good question…. Well my diet is not that “healthy”. I try to stay away from fast foods and fried foods. I’m not always successful but I put forth the effort. Also, I don’t eat/snack after 8:30pm.
- What challenges do you face when it comes to getting and staying fit? My main challenge is my “HAIR”! This one (1) problem will discourage me from working out….alot. Also my “bad habit” is drinking/liquor… Magaritas and Daquiris, I have at least three (3) a week.
